Wonderful place to go all year round! You can take the Laurel Ridge Trail around the loop (approx 4 miles) and that takes you past the dam, some nice wooded trails and some beach areas.

Good option for outing with kids. A small beach, playgrounds and lots of nature.  Come prepared with water toys, tubes, mats, swimwear and lots of food. have fun!! But watch out there are no life guards!!
