I ordered pulls for my kitchen from the Bellevue store and was told it would take one to two weeks which was perfect. The sales person, Steven Hall, said that they would be there by the date I needed them no problem. The day before my contractor was coming to install my pulls I called and asked if the pulls were in. The sales person that I spoke with said no, so I asked him to please double check, I had to have them by the next day. He checked again and said no that they were not there. He took my number and said that he would look into it and give me a call. He did not call. I spent the afternoon running around to four different stores finding enough pulls of the same type that would work, I then sent an email asking Builders Hardware to cancel my order. The next morning there was a response that said that I would have to pay a 50% restocking fee. I called and am very unhappy with the response and Steven Hall in particular. I refuse to give them my business and will fight the charge through VISA. If you shop here beware.

We used Builders hardware to order some Tallman closet rods for our shop. Orders came in on time and they offered great advice for upkeeping the equipment for a retail application.
