Dr. Wilcox and his staff are amazing!  I am in my 40's and had Invisalign braces with some challenges along the way.  Dr. Wilcox is a perfectionist and conquered the challenges well and gave me a more beautiful smile.  He does a great job with an excellent staff.  In the many years I was a patient, I never was treated less than awseome and everyone always had a smile on their face.  God knows I challenged the front office staff with my scheduling conflicts, and they never lost patience with me or were anything but kind and supportive!  I cant say enough good things about this team! =) I would highly recommend them to anyone considering braces for their children or as adults. I am so pleased with my results. THANK YOU~

My 11 year old son needed braces to correct his cross bite.  When we were sent to Dr. Willcox, I was so nervous.  The entire team eased our nerves and walked us through everything.  They explained things to my son and let him ask a lot of questions.  They allowed him to be a part of the process, which was a huge deal to me.  He was the one getting the braces; I felt it was important for him to be included.  It's been five months now and with each visit, my son is able to check himself in and get his necessary adjustments without me overseeing the whole procedure.  If your child needs braces, I'd definitely make an appointment to visit with Dr. Willcox and his team.

Bull Mountain Orthodontics is one of best businesses around. The staff is always so attentive and always smile, you never feel like a request is put on hold or you are bothering them. One day my daughter wasn't able to make it in by closing time, so a few of the girls stayed after so she could get her retainer back that day. That is what I call excellence.... they don't hesitate to go the extra mile for their patients.

"I have 3 girls that look forward to going to the orthodontist. We have had nothing but positive experiences from Dr Wilcox and his friendly staff. The office is so patient friendly with trivia, raffles and fun incentives for the kids. We are fortunate to have an amazing Orthodontist for our Bull Mountain kids."

After our initial consultation for braces today my daughter said that she learned something about business. When I asked her how so she said that in business you should make your customers feel like you care about them and that the people we talked with at Bull Mountain Orthodontics made her feel like they really cared a lot about her teeth.
