Office secretary is extremely rude. Wouldn't recommend.

I've taken my 8 yr old son to a couple of different dentists over the years, in search of the perfect one, if that even existed. Now I know that it does. Dr Brandon and his team are exceptional at providing dental care and are everything a parent ( and child) would want in looking for the perfect long term dentist. Not only are Dr Brandon's bedside manners stellar, but his communication skills with kids are out of this world. He truly does have a gift for dealing with children and has a calming, soothing demeanor about him. My son is on the ASD spectrum, so he is fearful of many things-- including change, procedures, and personal touch. I explained this delicate situation to the team both upon scheduling the appointment ( which, by the way, to my surprise didn't require me to wait forever to get) and upon check in, and to my amazement--the way they had gently greeted him, and in a way took him "under their wing" was utterly jaw dropping. ( I'm having a hard time describing this in words.) The team related to him in a way I've never seen occur with a doctor before. This put my mind at ease immensely. Dr Brandon was simply AMAZING from start to finish. Kudos to his team of dental assistants as well. Everything was explained in detail and seemingly became an "adventure" to him, so much so that he was saddened when the exam and cleaning were complete and it was time to leave. My son actually looks forward to his appointments.
The office is incredibly clean and state of the art and the atmosphere is extremely warm and friendly. I'm so happy to have found a forever dentist! Take your kids and see for yourself-- you'll be happy that you did....
Besides, your child gets a little goody bag to take home!! ( The best part for them.) :)
Of course, I highly recommend Dr. Brandon!!!

Great service and wonderful people behind the operation. The visit was quick, painless and professional. I've dealt with too many dentists who overcharge or provide a poor service, treating it more like a car repair than an operation in my mouth... Dr. Brandon's is different, and I couldn't be happier. I'd definitely recommend them for any visit :)

We were visiting the Tigard area (from Eugene) when my son started to have terrible toothaches. We considered heading back down to Eugene early to get it looked at when our hosts suggested Dr. Brandon. They were able to see Jerome, who was eight at the time, on very short notice and take care of his tooth pains. Dr. Brandon was able to put Jerome at ease immediately. Jerome still talks about his trip to Dr. Brandon’s office and how much better it wass than our local dentist (Advantage Dental).

Kona Kids Dentistry is a wonderful dentistry that really prioritizes your child's tooth care.  Not only is Dr. Brandon wonderful with kids, but his staff is helpful and professional.  An experience like this makes the child's fear of "going to the dentist" vanish in healthy, beautiful smiles and life-long trust in a child-oriented, FUN, relaxing environment.  I will recommend Kona Kids to any family in the Tigard area that has a need or a want for excellence when it comes to their children's dentist!
