Fantastic location. Barb and Abby were wonderful. I have extreme anxiety when I visit the dentist and they made me as comfortable as any human being could. They did an excellent job explaining the financials in a way that we understood and even provided us with the correct codes so that we could question our insurance company independently. Thank you so much!

This is by far the worst dental office I have ever been to. I specifically asked them not to do any work not covered by my insurance. They did $332.00 of work that was not covered by my insurance. Not that big of a deal, however! They said they sent me a bill via mail which I unfortunately did not receive. The other day I got a call from a collection agency requesting payment. VERY BAD BUSINESS. They never called once, they send me text messages all the time asking me to schedule, they very easily could have just called and asked me to pay rather than sending me to collections, putting a dent in my PERFECT CREDIT FOR $300.00!!! I won't mention any names because it's just her job but the lady I spoke with to handle this actually tried to make this sound like it was my fault! She also said there was nothing she could do about the situation. I said, YES THERE IS! Call the collection company, have it removed and I will gladly pay you. Answer was " I CAN'T DO THAT", why not???? Already very upset about the entire situation I told her a exactly how this made me feel (NOT SPEAKING FRIENDLY ANYMORE TO HER) and she hung up on me. FYI, I did call the collection company and paid it off in hopes that it does not blemish my record too badly and WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I will also be forwarding my experience to my insurance company and all others involved to let them know how poorly this was handled. GENTLE DENTAL BILLING PEOPLE!! Just a reminder, a simple phone call to the client rather than the collection company will get you much further. I'm sure that bad Yelp & Google reviews about this alone is going to cost you much more than the $300.00 I would have simply paid!

I got all information which I asked for in very professional manners and all members of the staff were very helpful. I will not hesitate to give my recommendation to any person.

You really shouldn't patronize this office (which has been an endless rotation of different doctors almost since it opened) unless you really like dealing with absolutely incompetent billing practices.
