I just want to thank Stacy F.,  so much for all of her help.  On Friday evening, just before she was due to get off for the Easter holidays, oh my god, she was truly a blessing. Her expeditious,  professional,  and most importantly, caring manner; was incredible. When you use the term customer service, you really get that from  her. I am speaking about Stacey.  She is a god sent . I believe she is a blessing from god. I was heavy laden, enormously burden down with insurance issues, but with her caring spirit, knowledge, professional and expeditious manner, she was able to help me and set me on the right path. I can not thank her enough. I am in my sixties and I have never experienced that kind of professionalism in my life time.  Time was of the essence, To truly care, its amazing.  We need more Stacey's in the world, in every walk of life.

The claim process through Bunn Insurance Agency and the greater Nationwide Team could not have been smoother. I was in an accident on a Sunday and by Wednesday I had an estimator at my office cutting me a check for the damage. The local Bunn Insurance Agency continued to check in on my and the process to ensure it was going smoothly. I highly recommend using Bunn Insurance Agency for your property and casualty coverage.

We refer our clients to Meredith Ansell at Bunn Insurance because they have the best customer service by far! They are always prompt in responding to our questions and they are very competitive in rates. Great company!

From start to finish a top notch organization who have not trouble  answering all questions and resolving any issues.  When my mortgage was sold to a new loan company, who were dreadful, they worked tirelessly to ensure that the paperwork was taken care of.  Couldn't ask for a better group of people to meet my insurance needs.  Have referred several people to them and that is not something I do easily.

We were very pleased with our agent's meticulous service on our new policies, and also the fact that Tara saved us a lot money. We felt like our former agency got complacent with our business. We were quoted nearly twice as much and they didn't seem to want to work with us to get our premiums down.
