I was very impressed with the professionalism of the agents at this location. I bundled my car insurance with my home and saved 20% on my home. That lowered my mortgage payments by $200 a month. Highly recommend if your home is already with state farm adding your cars. I have had no issues with State Farm. I have been with them since I purchased my home and plan to stay with Mike McDonald.

Received a quote for Homeowners Insurance and when I received the billing paperwork, the rates were approx. $130.00 more than I was quoted.
I called Mike McDonald and asked about the rate difference. His response...."Well, how about I cancel the policy and you'll have NO insurance".
This guy has zero professionalism and I question his ethics (why the rate difference a week later and no legitimate reason why?). I contacted State Farm, transferred to another State Farm agent (I had been with them for 20 years) and wouldn't you know the rate went back to the originally quoted price?

I recently had an opportunity to work with Mike and his team at State Farm. They were true professionals - no pressure and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I came away from the experience better off. I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for a long term relationship in the constantly changing insurance marketplace.
