I have my house and vehicle insurance through them and have never had a problem. Always good service. If I paid through the mail and let my payment lapse, then I don't think I would blame the company for my shortcomings as another review did.

Do not own a policy with this firm. I had Flood Ins. Some how it lapsed, and they didn't notify me that it was cancelled in April 2016. Of coarse my house flooded with Matthew. They didn't offer me any help, just told me they had no obligation to tell me my policy lapsed. 
Obviously Brian didn't read the above review, I don't blame them for the payment issue, it was coming out of Escrow fyi, I blame them for not notifing me my policy changed. Not sure why you are commenting about something you know nothing about Brian, seems idiotic, brings to light your shortcomings I guess.
