After working together at another firm, Derek Burch and Kelly George decided that their interests, professional philosophies and shared commitment to clients made them a perfect fit to form their own firm. Not dependable. Took 2 years for nothing. Attorney never did a damn thing. I did all records collecting myself. Save yourself time and frustration go else where. I'm sure there are good attorneys at this office. One I got was just very unprepared to handle it.

I attempted to handle my own car accident after being involved in a hit and run, but after many obstacles I ultimately contacted Kelly George following a recommendation from a family friend.  I had consultations with several attorneys, but after meeting with Kelly and his assistant, I was confident that Burch, George & Germany was the firm I wanted in my corner.  Kelly's assistant, Tracey, stayed in contact with me throughout the case and kept me promptly informed of every update.  I had never been involved in a car accident before, but Tracey made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly throughout the entire ordeal.  This company is extremely dedicated to their clients, and went above and beyond with my case to ensure the appropriate party was held responsible.  Fast forward to a year later and the outcome of my hit and run has been extremely favorable.  I am so grateful for how determined and compassionate both Kelly and Tracey have been throughout the year, and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

I have known Kelly for over 20 years and have needed his services a few time. His firm is outstanding and goes above and beyond to ensure their clients needs are met and that all questions are answered in a timely manner. I cannot express enough gratitude to Kelly and his staff for helping me and my family during this tragic year of events. As part of my daily job I work with attorneys and know there are many attorneys to chose from and I will always come back to Kelly and his team. Honesty, integrity and compassion just a few words to describe Kelly's team.
