My wife and I had him file for us, we feel it was the worse experience. We was told certain things and now that is filed we are told different. We feel that what we had offered on creditor was fair and he without asking had told them we would do it much more with a % of interest with it. We had went to different dealerships to have evidence to support our price. even his staff had made us think that we was going back to the table with that to be able to keep our vehicle. instead he says they don;t care they would rather get it back. they ended up with a much lower price than what we offered when it went through auction. It makes me feel like he would rather keep the opposing attorney happy for there company than to fight for the client that is paying his over priced services. Furthermore make sure to look at the exemptions on the bankruptcy so you know what you are probably not going to be able to keep, like you WC settlement. That was told to us that we did not have to worry with that cause that was exempt from taking. Which actually should have been in schedule C of the exemptions for it to be exempt. I get an email from one of his staff when i asked a question, she then replies with let us know if you expect to get a settlement from your WC case, I was actually shocked to read that after being told we did not have to be concerned about that. I feel as if we was just told what we wanted to hear that it would make us actually feel as if we was going to get our financials back in order. Just the opposite , with loss of a vehicle If i get the chance to go back to work we are going to have to figure out how cause she works South and I work North and usually different hours and days off.  We first was under the impression that all our creditors was going into this and would be a one payment and we could take a deep breath of relief after having our heads under water being held down with the debt. Nope when we got our papers to look over to see what all was included our other car was a pay outside the plan. no biggie. They just did not say anything till we came up to sign to release the other car.  If I leave you any advise at all!  Do not do it unless you have really been informed of the bankruptcy by either someone that has filed, or through online discovery.  I will Give it a 2 because if my wife was writing this it would be 0 stars.

If you need a great place to go to take care of you in your time of need, this is the place. I was scared about filing but with a garnishment hanging over my head I had to act fast. After many calls and many voicemail's to other agencies, I spoke with Rachel here at Gooding and made an appointment to come in and start the process. After meeting Rachel and Brandi ( I love these girls! They're sweethearts!) and filing my paperwork I felt 100% better. They are so professional and prepared. And also very caring. They worked with me to get everything in order and set me up for success thru the whole process. I will always recommend them for anyone in need. They are truly live savers. They give you the confidence of a well-established firm and at the same time they put you at ease like a caring family. Thank you Gooding Law Firm for helping me thru this otherwise stressful time. YOU ARE ALL ROCKSTARS!

Clif is such a great person. He has such kindness you rarely see in the industry of this sort. His professionalism is honest and safe. He gives you the secure feeling that he truly cares about your situation and wants to help make your life better. And does! I feel blessed he came across my path in life. His staff is just as awesome as well, which can only reflect the quality of a person he is. I highly recommend Clif and his law firm.
