I don't understand all the negative reviews. I love this place. I like to hop on over after work at least a few times per week. I order the same thing every day, although one time I was feeling adventurous and got a fish sandwich. The fish was a little undercooked, and I'm pretty sure it is not true Alaskan cod (Probably talapia), but it was fine. I will stick with my quarter pound cheeseburgers for now on.

Kill me while I still have my sanity. This place has the worst staff that'll send you out the door 5 times before you have the "proper paperwork". Bunch of idiots.

Terrible customer service. Waited over 40 minutes to have a snotty rep tell me "that they were not doing watercraft paperwork anymore this morning." All I needed was a $25 kayak tag. How much trouble could that be? If you don't want to provide service, get out of the business. At least provide your conditions of service on the web site. For example: "We only do watercraft on sunny Tuesdays when no one is licensing an SUV." The public has no choice who to deal with as this is the only game in town.

I have been at the BMV to get my son a state ID, unfortunately he doesn't have his social security card, can't get the SS card without an ID. The first lady at the BMV was very helpful and gave me a list of items we could use for proof of his SS #. Went back with what we thought was sufficient documentation , and what was on the list, my son's school transcripts which is what they wanted, well the SS # is no longer on the kids transcripts!!!!!! This 2 ND visit was just ridiculous, not enough proof, she needed something to prove it's his social, well, I ran to my car with about every tax form I had with his social and showed her , seriously, 18 Years of filing him with the same SS # for him and because it was 2015 and later it wasn't good enough!!!!! They needed 2016????? So another trip back there tomorrow, so looking forward in wasting more time so they again can turn us away. And plus he had his old school ID that he uses as an ID, his job excepted that and guess what, so did Social Security. So either I go tomorrow and waste another day, or I wait a couple days for his card and miss work again so they can still belittle you. Nice attitude to show a young man trying to do the right things in life. They need to understand that things get stolen, lost, etc.... And if you have what they request, why do they act like that, why is everything always so difficult at the BMV!!!!!!! I have been going to North Royalton for year's, I think I need to go back there. They are polite, they smile and they sure will help you understand exactly what you need and make sure you leave with a smile or at least a grin. Ridiculous!!??
