2018 fish fry. The volunteers were great, the food was delicious and at great prices! We ordered the fish fry and the pierogies, thinking about going back next Friday!

Asking help isn’t easy, especially when it comes to benefits related to disability. After having the phone be answered and hearing “Oh, you’re from Texas? We can’t help you here in Ohio.” Well, if you would’ve taken the time to ask if I lived here first maybe the conversation would have gone differently but I doubt it. Because after I told the guy, “I live here in Strongsville.” I heard nothing but the click of him hanging up the phone. Then I call back, And ask for a POA because that’s what the VA told me to do. However, once I asked all I kept hearing is that this is just a post and that they didn’t have that and that they weren’t affiliated with the VA. They finally told me they had a guy that did help and I asked to be transferred where I received a condensing “He isn’t here, He is a volunteer, he does it on his own time I can get your name and number and pass it along.” Sounds nice while typing, but different on the phone. No thank you, if this is the service y’all give to the veterans asking for help I’ll go somewhere else, and I suggest people to the same.

Great Post, members are friendly and helpful. These guys do some amazing work on behalf of American Veterans. Definitely a great organization.
