Complete trash. I ordered a bacon king burger.. no bacon. Ordered a Sprite. Got a Dr pepper. Wanted to call to tell them. No answer. You all suck

The service here leaves much to be desired.  My husband and I went through the drive through and ordered two meals, a Whopperito meal and a #14, which was advertised on the sign as being an extra large fish sandwich.  When we got home, we realized he'd been given just a normal fish sandwich. When he tried to call, he got a fax instead of a person so we drove BACK to Burger King.  The worker there asked him for his receipt (which he'd not been given), then proceeded to argue with him about the menu item, saying he was lying -- she actually had to walk around back to see it for herself.  Apparently, they no longer sell extra large fish sandwiches, even though it's still listed on their menu.  She told him they couldn't change their sign, they'd have to alert corporate to the problem.  In the end, they gave him his money back and three bucks extra for gas, but the holier-than-thou attitude has definitely discouraged future visits.

I am very pleased to say this location is great. I recently had one unpleasant experience but after leaving my input and giving my opinion on the online survey I received a call from the manager the very next day and she was very nice to me. As we spoke she reassured me they want every single customer to pleased with the food and service so she told me to please stop in anytime and she will make sure my experience is better and that I could have any meal I want for free to make up for the unpleasant experience I had before. Needless to say the food and service was very good !!! The server cleaned my table before I sat down and the manager came by and made sure everything was good and she told me if I need anything to please let her know. I am very pleased and happy to say this location has great customer service and good food !!

Usually Good not today fries were almost burned onions were so strong could not eat them meat was almost burned we eat there a lot first time the food wasn't very good  the girl that took our order was sweet and friendly

I drove off with only my drink and left my food. Luckily I drove around the building and decided to eat in my car. Lol! When I turned my head to make sure my car window was up, there stood the little lady with my food. Thank goodness for Burger King and the sweet drive thru cashier.  Absolutely marvelous!
