The food is great, but check it before you leave if you had something special, they'll fix it in a jiffy

It would correct a lot of confusion if they would repeat your order, instead of having to circle back around to have it corrected. It'd help out ratings if they weren't rude when they forget something and you ask for it. I've been coming here for years and the past 3 months have sucked. They're rude and can't tell their asses from a hole in the ground! I've contacted the branch manager and evidently nothing has been corrected... Shame.

Of course the good is always  good. But the real "plus" is the service. We always feel  not just served, but cared for and cared about.
