Love pal's! Everyone is always so friendly and fast service, even when they are crazy busy. Love their cheddar rounds for breakfast and burgers, sandwiches, and their famous fries. Wash it down with a delicious sweet tea. Whenever we go on vacation or away for work, I'm excited to get pal's when I get back.

Love, love, love Pals cheddar rounds!!! We look forward to stopping in to treat ourselves on days we have early appointments. My daughter-in-law says the coffee at Pals is amazing!
There's always a smiling face greeting each customer! There's never a long wait, no matter how many cars are in line. The system they have for ordering and paying seems to work out for everybody!

For the first time in 20 years, pals got my order wrong. Id say that's a pretty consistent track record. Btw was pals in elizabtlethton, first time there also. Usually go to the bristol ones... They are always accurate.

Tonight we stopped by to get 2 large orders of frenchie fries had to wait 3 mins on fresh fries which would of been fine except we got 1 fresh order and 1 old and cold order this is ridiculous we should of been given 2 fresh orders of fries

last min deal before picking up grandson at schoole   I ordered 2 hotdogs French fri sweet tea...they dumped about 1/2 lb of chili with nothing else.bun was stale....fris had a lb of salt on them..and sweet tea was just no taste...sorry but wasn,t happy at all..
