Well simple to explain. Its a fast food burger joint. I ordered two cheese burgers for lunch. The buns where somewhat dried out and the beef patties where very thin and about worthless to say the least. When I order a burger at least make the pattie at least large enough to fill the bun . They now are in the habbit of charging for heavy all added to a burger. So it is true have it your way but you will pay extra.

They don't even deserve a star but since no stars is not an option....just left the drive thru on a simple order, not at all busy...took them forever and get back to work to find the didn't put my coworkers sandwich in the bag tater tots are under cooked and unsalted. Called and a woman answered burger King....no thank you for calling, no giving her name like any good customer service establishment would asked for manager a male gets on HELLO  and again doesn't state his name. Asked for it...Joseph...let him know I was upset and would be leaving a horrible review and would also be calling his corporate office...no apologies just said I can give you there number..no thanks I'll look it up. He was the one that gave me the order btw...your newly refurbished building means nothing with cappy service!

They have no care for there customers! They keep the cranky old lady who is rude and very disrespectful. I will no longer eat there as long as they keep her. Last time I was there she  screamed  at me 3 times and Clearly management or corporate rather lose service then fire and I’m not the only one that complains about this lately so I suggest you don’t eat here

One of the better Burger Kings I've been to. Don't usually frequent the Burger Kings because of poor experiences at home with them. Went to this  two times in two days. Very satisfactory.

The older woman with the beard at the register is rude and seems to reserve any friendly interactions for white customers. I saw her treat two customers, one Spanish speaking woman and her English speaking son like garbage then a Hispanic gentleman behind them even worse. The two white customers after her were treated warmly and attentively.
