Super fast and super good. The staff are always super nice and helpful. I would recommend eating here and every other jimmy johns for that matter. If your order happens to be wrong, tell them and they will be happy to help.

My boyfriend and I decided to go out today for lunch as we weren't near home & both of us never had Jimmy John's before. We ordered and what seemed like not a minute later our sandwich's were ready for us. He commented saying, "That was fast!" I nodded in agreement and replied, "That's what I thought! Then I thought of the commercials." 

They were great tasting and belly filling. There are two closer to our house so we'll be going there from now on but this was a great first time experience!

Very rarely do I write reviews, but this store is pretty awful. Listen to the reviews. 

The staff was very condescending and rude. They won't do veggies (cucumber) on the side, for some reason. And they roll their eyes at you. I have always had stellar service with various JJs before. But this particular one will not ever be used by me. I cancelled my order and went down the road to a different one and they were fantastic. With so many options for food, why waste your time with bad service and rude employees?

I had never had problems with this location until my last two orders. The first issue was a few weeks ago. I ordered two sandwiches... both were totally wrong. I was up charged for my extras and got NONE of them. One of the sandwiches, which came with cheese, did not even have cheeses on it. I called to let the manager know his employees were not doing their jobs (Just as a heads up) and he told me my next sandwich was free. I told him that was not necessary, yet he insisted.  I ordered again today... My mistake. No free sandwich and the girl taking my order decided what sandwich I wanted and changed the order. The sandwich had ingredients i do not like.  Even removing them the sandwich tastes like them. The second sandwich had little to no mayo on it. Is this new management? Four years and no problems... I am no longer shopping here.

Day old bread, no mayo and they messed up my girlfriends sandwich...for the second order in a row.  Next time I'm going to go to the location and have the manager make my sandwich so he can do a quick tutorial for the staff.
