i don't really even remember eating here.... but i guess i did at some point.... i think it had ok burgers.... i did give it a four stars after all.... so decent food but won't create a long lasting memory after one visit.

I'm assuming that the restaurant was short staffed today because I was informed before ordering that it would be 15-20 minutes for the food to be ready. I didn't mind the wait as I was in no rush and in the mood for Smash tots. The food was hot and delicious when it arrived, but the restaurant was FILTHY.

The tables were all dirty (crumbs, chunks of food, condensation rings from cups), there was food and trash all over the floor. The trashcan was stacked with wire trays to the point that I was afraid asking mine on top would knock the whole thing over.

The only reason I still gave three stars is because the place is usually not quite in this rough of shape and I hope it does not continue to be an issue. Usually service is reasonably fast (obviously it is cooked to order) and the employees are usually pretty friendly.

When I came in with a few friends, it seemed like things where about to get busy. However, the server helped out immensely and was a treat. All and all, food was good and the burgers where nice.

A little pricey for two burgers, two drinks, ice tea and a sprite. One order of fries and one haystack onion rings, $26, just didn't taste the same as when they first opened. Your better off going to Red Robin, never disappointing with REAL onion rings that are just outstanding. Price is probably close to the same but you can get two beers instead. I some feel different,  just my opinion.

The cashier girl with glasses and purple hair was less than pleasant on today's visit. Fries were also dry like as if they were old. I have had better experiences with other locations.
