I came during down hours (2pm) and most customers go to drive through. I dined in and the service was fast. Although my food was not hot, it was all good as expected from fast food. The store was clean and customer service was friendly as he helped me figure out my rewards card payment.

If you like dog food, than eat at Burger King. They are making mayonnaise covered flavorless carboard burgers. Just makes you wonder how they are in business. American garbage at its purest. Cover it in Ketchup and swill down some soda!  P.s.  Woof!

Was not a. Good visit. Wanted chicken nuggets and onions rings and was told didn't have onion rings not that there weren't any made did we want to wait. Out if almost every soft drink.

Their service is one of the slowest I think I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Their staff is extremely unprofessional, talking very loud to each other from one end of the shop to the back, and not usually conversations any establishment would want their employees to discuss out loud. 
As an outsider looking in, the cashiers only work there because their bosses don't make them do real work and the respect for their customers is unsettling. I shouldn't get a cashier rolling their eyes at me because they forgot to put my nuggets in the bag.

For the employees who will be reading this: Show up with a smile on your face and work fast and efficiently. Your job is no less important than any other job because it is apart of our community infrastructure. It's okay to have a bad day but don't let your customers know you're having a bad day. The world does not revolve around you and your personal problems, that's why we have friends and family to vent to. You also need to realize that even though you hate your job and you don't want to be there, it is YOUR job. if you don't want to do the work then find another place where you DO want to do the work. I know it might seem crazy, but when someone does something they love doing, it doesn't feel like work and you can have fun more easily. 

Unfortunately for me, there is not another BK near me so this is my only option if I want a Whopper. I hope you take this review seriously as well as all the others I've seen. This could be a great establishment, I think the Franchise owners needs to re-evaluate their team however and enforce some new training.
