Terrible staff, old food and they don't care. The bun was hard as a rock and the fries were very old! Two people left without ordering while I was waiting. One wasn't greeted and the other was greeted with "want do you want to order", no smile, nothing. The employees were actually kind of arguing about who was going to make the food. I threw my meal away after a few bites, because it was just gross and I felt like it was going to make me sick! I will not be back.

We say we won't go back cuz every time we get the whopper it's always luke warm. 3rd try again was not warm at all ... poor establishment never going back! Will stick with the one by the bridge

Most of the staff are actually really nice and go out of their way to say hello and be super personable. They do tend to to close a little earlier then they are supposed to. They soft close, so technically they are not close but they try to make it look as closed as possible even going as far as pulling the gate almost all they shut and flipping the chairs. But me and my wife have walked right by the gate and have been served. The manager there has made a point to even stop and say hello even when is off his shift shopping threw walmart. Very friendly. Food was great. There is no ice cream products despite them showing on the menu. Also they don't allow you to fill your own drinks which forces you to return to the counter for refills.

Ordered two Whoppers -- the first one was lukewarm at best, the second was STONE COLD and the burger was folded over. This BK has poor quality food, next time I'll go to Culvers-- they have better quality food for sure.

Went there twice before. The first time they got my order wrong. The second time they got it wrong AND didn't give me half my order. Then they proceeded to get my simple order wrong not once, but twice more.
