Service was fine except for the fact that they were very busy. They needed to pay more attention to cleanliness. The floor needed too be mopped and tables cleaned.

I asked for a number 10. Crispy bacon chicken and sweet tea. Well the girl was on her phone. I told her multiple times can i get ranch and ketchup. She gave me my drink and she told me to go to the parking lot and wait. I waited 15 minutes and i realized she didn’t give me a straw. I had to go inside and ask about the ketchup & ranch AGAIN and I got HONEY MUSTARD. Poor customer service.

I pulled up through the drive thru and she ask me "what u want in a smart way. whatever happen to how can I help you or welcome to Burger King. I've a manager in customer service and that is definitely not it. I place my order and I waited 30 minutes for my food. My burger and fries was cold after 30 minutes. I will never go there again.

The night shift of Febuary 16, 2018 at or 8:52pm were being unprofessional by playing around hanging out in the office talking, playing and not working where the manager or shift leader for the night was the only one working. We stood at the front counter waiting 6 minutes for our order to be placed and it was a simple order and messed it up and one of the workers took 2 pies and made a milkshake without paying

Idk how this location is still open, or how they aren't able to hire a decent manager and decent employees. The service has always been terrible here for as long as I can remember.
