I am not not one to write reviews... especially bad one., but seriously - something needs to be done about this place. My husband and I have had multiple problems there. I got there at 5:10 pm today to order a pepperoni and cheese.  I was told it would be about 10 minutes. (I did call ahead and let them know I would be coming for a pepperoni) After sitting there for 30 minutes, I could tell the staff was getting flustered and pizza's and wings were coming out that were ordered after mine. Then I noticed a lady that came in after me was handed the same thing I ordered. After pointing this out to someone, the next customer was given 1 pep pizza out of the three they were waiting on and a second customer got a 1 cheese they were waiting on (again being people that came after me). I asked again when the pizza's would be ready and I was told soon w/ no apology. I ended up going home after 45 minutes of waiting JUST TO FIND THAT I HAD ONLY TWO CHEESE PIZZAS WITH NO PEPPERONI. I am not the only one that was having this trouble and will not be going back to this location.

Dont go to the Little Caesars in smyrna on Lowry st. Or in Lavergne on murfreesboro rd.! They are franchised owned by the same people. These places are GROSS in the back where the cust. cant go. They'll hire anybody just to get/have workers! Also they dont follow any rules with handling food properly. Its disgusting and your "Hot and ready" will be a wait, even if you call ahead of time. Don't waste time at these two little caesars!

Awful like most of the Little Caesars in the area. They never have anything ready. The staff was fighting back and forth the whole time in front of all the customers. One of teenagers working would laugh at the customers when they asked how long. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I knew I had to wait just by walking in but I was never told a time. There were people in there that had been waiting 15 mins longer than me and their orders were messed up so they had to wait longer. 
The pizza was good, I felt bad for the young man making the pizzas. He asked for help five times and then they got mad at him when they saw that he had so many tickets. Then the girls continued to place blame and argue instead of helping him.

They let me order a pizza online... and pay for it. I arrive at the store and they say we havent got any stuffed crust tonight.

Me: ...its paid for.
Them: ...we'll take care of it.

Lazy and triflin'! like i ordered online so i can stand here and watch yall make a pizza???

Needed quick pizzas for a kid's birthday party. They had just sold out and hadn't gotten the next batch ready yet. They put forth the effort to get the next batch quickly so I could get them to the party.
