THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered two pizzas and they only made 1 and I had to wait 10mins for them to make. Then I HAD TO ASK FOR COMPENSATION. He didn't offer and drink or anything but I ended up with store credit and come to find out they make BOTH the pizzas wrong! By this time I'm at home and I call the store and the woman hangs up on me! The second time I called a man answered and seemed like he didn't care about my order and what just happened on phone! I was transferred to a lady that also gave me store credit. Once I use my store credit I won't be ordering from you guys anymore.

We ordered online and ran errands to give them time for preparation prior to pick up. We waited and waited. During this time, another customer noticed a guy preparing pizzas with a bandage (in which blood was visible to be penetrating the gauze) around his hand. He wasn't wearing any protective gloves on his hand. The cashier was asked why this prepared had a bandage around his hand. The cashier replied "He was in a car wreck". Regardless of whether it was a car wreck or a sledge hammer accident, this employee SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PREPARING FOOD. We decided that we didn't want blood soaked bandage contaminated pizzas and walked out. Any food services manager should have better sense than allowing this. I live in a different state; and this was my first, and last, visit to this establishment. ZERO STARS

Upset i had to give them a 1 star...Ordered 2 medium pizzas and wings... i never had expected to be horrible the bread was so thin and barely any toppings and to make things worst there was hair on my wings. I called customer service and they asked if i wanted them replaced, sure hour later still no wings and pizza cold. Lady at store was very rude when i called and asked about them never again dominos or papa Johns next time..

Made and order online and order was scheduled to arrive by 9:50pm waited until 10:10pm and i called them only to be informed that my order was cancelled due to then being out of certain items i order but no one cared to call to inform me about that

Put an order in last Thursday night at 6:47 pm and got an email saying when it would be delivered ? And to our surprise it wasn't going to be here until around 9:00 -9:25? We would of been in bed by then we have to get up early to go to work. So I called and cancelled the order and made an order from Papa John's and it was here by 7:35? This place is getting bad if you want your pizza right away don't call this place
