Absolutely the worst service I've ever had at a drive-thru restaurant. And multiple multiple occasions this is happened. My bias is do not ever visit this restaurant. Spend the extra time to go to another one or a completely different company. I'm sure many people have complained and yet management still hasn't changed or gotten any better so obviously the upper management really doesn't care about customer service

On Pontchartrain Blvd has excellent customer service. Food is always .the manager melondy has a. awesome Crew.

This burger king is pretty clean, the staff are friendly and the place is pretty quiet most of the time. The only problem i have is that you might wait a bit for the food to be ready, maybe 9-10 minutes. Not that big of a deal. Overall this is a pretty good 🍔 king 👍

They say 24 hrs but they close at like 1130 12 which is ever best for them and they have the nerve to mess up orders on a daily basis I live right next to them and I go there because it's convenient but I swear I won't anymore
