Palmettos goes above and beyond every time I’ve ever been there. The food has been incredible and coming from someone who worked in the service industry, my waiter was amazing. Her recommendations were perfect. In the wine we got, my boyfriend and I could taste the hint of berries. Palmettos made our night perfect, it brought tears to my eyes as we over looked the bayou as the sun was setting in the tea lit room. I love sitting outside with the string lights hung up and fresh handpicked flowers on every table. Everything is always perfect going there and we will be back.

Our daughter had her wedding here. Brittany made everything so easy. The ceremony and reception went flawless and were beautiful. Excellent place for a wedding.

Looks like an old wooden shack from the outside.. surrounded by lush and green foliage. Very rustic with lots of wood. You have the choice to eat inside or outside on the decks. A beautiful location that needs to be seen and experienced. Lots of photo opportunities here especially out front with the Spanish Moss covered tree.

This place was a rare find..Can't wait to go back.
The buffet was filled with an assortment of food and desserts.
There was live music on the deck and service was great.

This place is awesome!! We’re staying in New Orleans and took a little day trip across the Pontchartrain bridge and this place came up as a great stop for food. Today (Sunday) was the brunch day (til 2), and we arrived at 1:30. The food was amazing!! They had a variety that would satisfy any taste bud. Absolute favorite was the creme brûlée French toast (OMG!) and also great roast beef. Very many selections and nothing stayed empty too long. They let us sit outside in the sun, and our server Amber was so sweet along with every single staff member there. They stopped adding food at 2 but allowed us few late arriving tables to fill our plates til about 2:15 and also warned us and said we could get whatever we wanted one last time before they cleaned up. A couple men were playing jazz outside, which was also pleasant and entertaining. I would definitely go out of my way to go there again, and I would encourage anyone to visit this place. Keep up the great work, and thanks for a great experience!!
