Absolutely amazing the items this place runs out of. On different locations it has been sausage...on others biscuits. Service is okay. I generally drive to Clearwater and just go there....this one has inventory issues!

I waited 15 minutes for my food. I watched a customer bring his sandwich to the counter the cashier re-wrapped it and put it on my tray. My 2 boys didn't get their Apple juice or spoons for their Apple sauce. The manager in charge was yelling at his employees loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. To top it off the bathroom was filthy with what looked like vomit crusted on the floor. I know this is a fast food restaurant and you get what you pay for but man this was a terrible experience!!!

Bathroom was not stocked on toilet paper for the men's restroom. The crispy chicken was not crispy and tasted double dipped (cooked twice). I would have thought they didn't change thier oils for coming, but the fries was surprisingly good and reason why they didn't get 1 star. The windows need some major cleaning. The place in general wasn't dirty nor was it clean...it was somewhere in the middle of dirty and clean. Very nice people, but hey it's Minnesota, they'll be nice to you even if they are lying. I'd probably only go back for the fries, and this one here in Monticello needs more work on the quality of the food cooked and to monitor and make sure they don't double cook stuff to save time and money!!! I hate eating double dipped food!
