I went to reload my PayPal metal and card so I could pay for my storage unit online vs waiting to do it on Wednesday morning. It was imperative for me to have the 575.00 loaded to my card because at 930am they were going to auction my unit off to highest bidder. Well I thought I was loading my card at 11:35pm Tuesday night and I sat trying to access my funds all night into the morning! By 830 not only was I panicking but the store supervised beth couldn't even TELL Me where my money even went to because after calling my card company and being I was on the phone at 7am with them they said my account never showed even a pending transaction credit of 575.00 so I'm mad at this point and was told that me losing everything my and my 2 kids owned was not THE SUPERVISORS PROBLEM! NEEDLESS TO SAY ST 330PM THR CALLED ME & SAID I CAN COME AMD PICK MY MONEY UP ANYTIME. I TOLD HER IT WILL BE later in the night before I can drive over a Hour away. So I called the gas station when I was about 10 mins away to only be told the guy working has NO ACCESS TO MY MONEY. Not only DID I LOSE MY STORAGE UNIT WITH EVERYTHING ME AND MY KIDS OWN, I'VE NOW WASTED GAS TO COME BACK HERE JUSY TO BE TOLD NOPE NO MONEY. I'VE ALSO LOST WHAT GAS I DID HAVE LEFT IT ALSO SEEMS TO ME AS THOUGH I'VE ALSO LOST OUT ON THE 575. DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THEY'VE NOT BORDERED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT OR ANYTHING. I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH AN ATTORNEY AND TV STATIONS and radio stations so everyone will hear my story..
