Was here for drive through last night. Here are my thoughts;
The parking lot was full of potholes. I don't know if this is the restaurants fault or if they don't own the land. But it should be fixed.
The person who greeted us on the intercom was pleasant enough but whomever took our money wasn't pleasant at all and seemed out of uniform.
Our food was delivered to us in a short amount of time.
The drive through wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be for 6:30pm at night.

After we got home, all of our food was as good as any other KFC and they had packed us napkins and silverware. Does KFC not hand out butter any more? 

I really have a difficult time saying that I would be back. And that's too bad because KFC seems to be a dying franchise in the Twin Cities.

This place definitely could have been better with their food. The potatoes had been left out for what tasted like hours, as the top of it had crusted over. I didn't notice until I got a bite. The chicken didn't taste very good. The only thing I liked was the biscuit. However I would give this an even lower star if I could.

I would give a 0 if I could.  We stopped there at 5:30 figured food would be great.  Nope. No food on the buffet.   Had to ask a few time to bring out fresh food.  Bathrooms were gross  and no paper towels.  There wasn't even anyone in the place to be busy that they could do any of the work.  I would pass and find something different.  I think the store should be closed.

I came here a few nights ago and was thoroughly disappointed. None of the staff were in uniform of any kind- they were literally in their pajamas so you couldn't even tell who worked there and who didn't. Not only that, but the food was disgusting! The potato wedges I paid for must have been sitting under a heat lamp for 4+ hours by how gross they were. The whole restaurant was gross and there was food and liquid all over the floor of the lobby. Get you chicken somewhere else!

I've tried this location 3 times over the past 2 years. I've regretted it every time. The chicken has always been old and dried out and the breading isn't right. Skip this one for sure. Seems like the only good reviews are from "local guides".
