I find it ridiculous that the sun prairie location had NO HIGH CHAIRS. When asked about why, they were oblivious. Also asked for a manager and couldn't get one. I checked the women's room for a charging station and guess what? Large restroom with plenty of space for one, but that's missing as well. Finally, asked for extra lettuce on my sandwich and got about 6 teenie, starting to brown pieces. Definitely not a family fast food place and will not be going back. Spent $26 to have to hold my squirmy, curious 9 month old. Not fun!

Worst experience ever. Waited 20 minutes for two meals. Both meals were not done like I ordered. Person in charge was filthy as were other employees. She was also very upset because I took one order back to get done right. I think hobos dress better than what they were. I would not be back if I knew they were still there and I love burger king

Although it is just fast food, it seems to be at the top. I placed an order for 12 different things last week. There was less wait then I have waited at Sonic for two different sandwhiches. The Fast Food God must have been on my side that day because my whole order was correct.

Most of the drive through staff are always nice but there are two older guys that are crabby they dont talk just grab your money and shut the window. The food is sometimes cold around the edges as not cooked long enough. And they are out of stuff often. But I still go there because The food is good for the most part.

This place needs a serious attitude ajustment. Radio blasting from the back couldhear it plain as day all the way in the front of the seating area, which there was only a few seats, because they seem to think you need recliner chair and coffee tables in a huge area all by it's self. A huge yellow center piece of lettuce heart that was turning brown on my chicken sandwich. Guy with black hair running drive thru had his hair in his face, should not be when you are working around food, no hat.food was gross. First time there, and last time.
