Don't you love how the collar of the girl in the logo spells out the word MOM ? Like to subconsciously make you feel like it's a sack lunch sealed with mom's love lmao.

For starters the associate That was supposed to take an order for two sandwiches would pay no attention at all.. so I had to place two separate orders just for two sandwiches and a soda that were ridiculously priced compared to their so-called combo meals and just a soda and a sandwich.

I would not suggest going to this place as they do not know first-hand what customer service really is to a customer standpoint.

Culver's does 10 times better and served a lot better food with customer service Wendy's will ever come close to matching.

Pulled up to the drive thru to order and the lady (not so much a lady!) CRUDELY says, "HOLD ON!" My husband looks at me and shook his head. She then comes back on and said, "Ok what you want." We ordered even through the rudeness and many interruptions. Pulled up to the window and she's cursing and screaming profanities at her co-workers about the people in the car behind us as to,"how dumb they are. What kind of (insert profanity here) 4 for 4 do you want." This is the 2nd time this has happened with the same person at this Wendy's. I will be calling corporate!!!

Fries were super fresh sandwich was hot and lettuce and tomato was fresh. Very pleased with the service. And they gave my fur babies treats too.
