First, I would like to recognize Terry who is the young women who took care of me today. I have comments on her personal service below. I’ve been to this Burger King many times for breakfast. They are all friendly, courteous and efficient,Even first thing in the morning. The food has always been as good if not better than most other fast food drive-through restaurants. It is clean and efficient. I was there this morning and a nice young woman whose name is Terry took very good care of me. First thing in the morning I asked her all these questions and placed a very complex breakfast order and she got it all right and was courteous and friendly the entire time. Probably better than I would’ve been at that point in the morning with no breakfast or coffee yet.   They also are very consistent food and drink wise. They make a good cup of coffee and breakfast offerings are always warm, done correctly and pretty tasty.

Asked that our Whopper buns be toasted twice as they usually are cold and Bonnie turned around and rudely said "they are toasted". And from there preceded to have a conversation about me to another employee. Walked away, ignored request.  Kayla came over to bag my Whoppers and I notified her off my request to Bonnie. Kayla just looked at me and ignored my request, bagged our Whoppers and handed me our Whoppers. 

No Thank You for service tonight!

Normally good. Fast. Not all franchises are run the same. This location is decent

Usually have good service and food. We stop in 1 to 3 times a month as a treat with our toddler Sometimes for meal sometimes for ice cream etc. Best nuggets, and don't look at us crazy when we order a plain hamburger happy meal with no meat( just a sesame seed bun)... LoL. Staff is friendly and recognizes us when we do come in or havent been in for a while.

Good food. No napkins, salt, pepper or catchup available. No napkins were put in the to go bag.
