I ordered a double chocolate donut, but instead what i got was a donut that was half chocolate, half blueberry with chocolate frosting. I'm not sure if whoever made these was new or not but it looked like the other double chocolates were the same. My friend ordered a bacon egg and sausage biscuit but specifically asked for no egg and cheese on it instead. He got only egg and sausage on his biscuit. We wont be returning here and well take our business to the one on 54 instead.

I cannot stand this Dunkin Doughnuts and I will not be back. The staff are horrible. They have one guy in the morning that's worth dealing with but the rest of the staff have major attitude issues. My husband and I went this afternoon at 1:00 in the drive through and the 2 girls taking the order were very rude. One cut him off twice during the order ending with a nasty " is that all? ". My husband asked if we should just go inside and she returned with " If you want to but it won't matter " so we drove up to the window and both were there to great him and started yelling at us about them dealing with another customer while he was ordering. So my husband said that he will just call corporate since they couldn't seem to balance taking the orders and they threated to call the cops on him since he might have warrants. Now I'm not in the food industry but I am pretty sure there are other ways to handle a situation such as this. Maybe asking us to wait to order to begin with. I will make sure no one I know will ever come to this location even if they were giving the coffee away for free.

My fave coffee! Much better than overpriced, over hyped Starbucks.  The donuts are always fresh and tasty.  Huge selection of breakfast & daytime goodies to fill up on or just nosh a bit.

Good service. Get pretty busy am. Could use more staff am. Hire graduate student, who's looking for part-time work. That will boost business. Remember in competition with Wawa.
