They were a little busy so it seemed the staff was not sure of what to give. The fries were cold but we got new ones with no problem. The lobby was clean but there were not any ketchup cups by the ketchup. So good potential for great service but not great yet.

I took my family there this morning and  we waited 30 minutes for our food. It was cold and looked like they slopped it together in the dark. Staff was non-stop arguing amongst themselves about who should do what. The "manager" was yelling at everyone. Customers walked out in disgust. I had to bag my order cause I asked for carry out and they gave it to me on a tray. I got no receipt. Customers were having to change their orders as they seemed to be out of everything. It was a horrible experience!!!!

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I don't expected to be treated like royalty, but a please and thank you aren't too much to ask for. The service is extremely slow. I ordered and paid for extra sauce. It was forgotten, no biggie. I waited until the cashier turned back around and opened the window to address the problem. When I asked about the sauce and told her I didn't receive a receipt she acted as though THEIR MISTAKE was aajor inconvenience. This is not the first time this has happened.. but it will be the last time I give them my business.

This Burger King is in desperate need of new staff and management! The time before this visit my son and I stopped in to get lunch and they were out of ALL soft drinks...didn't even have sweet tea available! Employees act as if you're asking an arm and leg when you ask a question. Never met one kind employee at this location. During my visit today, we placed our order, (the employees even sound depressed at the speaker box) pulled up to the window, paid for our order and then was asked to wait at the window until the cashier told us we could pull forward ....No one in front or behind us in line, no receipt was handed to us. Now why would you tell us not to pull forward......??? Then when we receive our food, fries are cold, burgers look like someone threw them on the floor! Last and final visit to this location!! Now I know why they don't give your receipt, so you can't call corporate...that's what Google is for 🤣

My husband and I ordered (2) Whopper combo's. One with only ketchup, onions, cheese and bacon. Waited in line 3 minutes, then asked us to move forward food wasn't ready. Worker taking people their food waiting outside messing with her hair and touching people orders with hand, not hair net not cap. She brought our food out & I refused because she put her hands in our bag. Manager came out I explained to her that I'm very picky about my food, she apologized and stated she was under staffed and didn't have a good crew working tonight, that she was even on grill cooking. I stated I would come inside, so my order could be re prepared. Got my order get home my burger is not right had mayo and some zesty sauce on it, that I didn't asked for and no onions that I wanted. I called to explain, and she trying to tell me what I ordered, as if I'm lying. When I asked for district manager name she refuse started getting an attitude with me the customer telling me she's not going back and forth. I asked her what's your name she refused just stated, I'm one of the managers. I don't know where her customer training came from, but was very rude and unprofessional. I will never eat at Burger King in Hiram, Ga again. Customer service is everything, and when your in management be rude to a paying customer that's bad business. I work for the School District and Tanner Health Care System service is everything. Something this manager has forgotten. Day & Time of visit Wednesday, March 28th, 2018. At approximately 9:44p.m.
