I came in, ordered 2 simple drinks (an iced mocha and a mocha frozen coffee, and spent a total of 10 minutes waiting for them. Once I got them both, I tried them. The iced mocha was okay, not exactly as I ordered it but not worth waiting another 10 minutes for a new one. The frozen coffee was regular, no mocha. I asked the girl to put mocha in it, she walked back complaining that this task was taking her longer than she wanted it to. I waited 4 more minutes for the drink to be corrected. She finally brought it back, didn’t say a word to me, didn’t apologize for the mix up. I work in the service industry and I personally would not have conducted myself this way. I also wouldn’t want the company I work for to have negative reviews of my service. It was unacceptable. I haven’t been to this location in months due to the two other experiences I’ve had very similar to this, and will not be returning in the future with now a third poor experience. I hate to write any reviews other than positive ones, but something needs to change in this store.

Stopped going here years ago because the quality had gone down. Came in tonight to see the new restoration, they had a much better selection,  but they don't make the chocolate covered rasperry filled donuts that they used to make. 

I asked why and Daniel said"I can take the raspberry regular ones and throw some chocolate on top for you!"

He did,  I got my donuts,  I'm happy!

Great customer service, and will definitely start coming back!

I love this place because  I can get great iced coffee and great study time and take my exams if needed.  Keep up the great work.

Love it! If they ever make my order wrong they make it right with a smile! Their brown sugar bacon crossant is awesome!
