Servers are nice, but kitchen stays so busy things sometimes get too hectic, so service suffers. Place needs a major overhaul, stinks of old mops and mildew. Most importantly for owners and cooks: No one, and I mean NO ONE, likes runny grits. For God's sake you're in Georgia, learn to make grits!

Update June 4, 2016. 
We went back to eat there and things have gotten better. Staff was efficient and friendly, service was EXTREMELY prompt even though they were busy, and food was very good. Dunno if they changed management or staff but looks like they're getting better. Upgraded to 4 stars and will update again on next visit.

Update Feb 23, 2018:

Server was Dana, food was very good. I had the eggs over medium, ham, hash browns, and pancakes, all perfect. Wife had a salad with chicken, she said it was good. Server was Dana, she is very polite, very professional and very efficient. 

Just noticed for the first time a glass of milk was $2.79 and a side of toast was $2.19. Wow!

Good this 1st the waiter was awesome! Food... well french toast was okay. The scrambled eggs was like mash potatoes soft. I like MY eggs fluffy but mushy isn't eggs.

I order to go on days off. Order is always wrong.

Edit. Tried again a few days ago. Guess what wrong again. I pick up breakfast at the shop near Cumberland mall 1-2 times per week. $7.

 Hiram location is $10. Asked lady up front and bs started coming out of her mouth. 10 plus workers standing around which I don't have issue with(Tuesday morning) so they were not busy. Waited a few minutes for cold food. Eggs, meat, pancakes cold. Only live a mile or so away. 

Now I've been to IHOP a million times all over the country. Normally when you order pancakes you get a scoop of creamy butter. I know this is nitpicking but I'm paying 3 extra bucks for what. 

Might come off as a rant but everything in Hiram is inconsistent. It was my fault being lazy. I'm sure dine in is another experience.

This location tends to stay busy and crowded so plan for a little wait if going during peak hours. The food was great and worth the wait. Definitely one of my kids favorite restaurant to eat.

This location just can't get the order right no matter what. Third time wasn't even the charm. I run a restaurant so I understand that the server tries to come up any excuse to keep the blame off of them when an order is returned because it's not correct, but when the customer is sitting right outside the kitchen doors?  I've been in management of restaurants for almost 30 years and I know how hard it is to hire people right now period to keep your doors open, but maybe you need to be a little more choosy and hire for quality not quantity.  No wow factor here nor has there ever been since moving to this area a year ago. Nothing ever improves...maybe upper management needs a change to let shyt roll down hill as they say.  I hope you get it together soon...my family loves I hop but we will choose somewhere else to spend 40$ in the future.
