Oh my gosh the WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! The employees (evening staff) beyond the worst. If you want to meet employees that get paid but don’t work here you go. Went through the drive though sat there for 5 minutes didn’t receive help so drove to the window. There wasn’t a person standing there nor was I able to see one. So I called and was told to drive around that there was someone at the window. Guess what 10 minutes later still there wasn’t a person at the window. I called back and this time they didn’t pick up. What they didn’t know is I have to phones. I called back asked nicely if they were open I was told yes for 30 more minutes when I asked the young man’s name he told me he was an employee then I asked him again his name and he hung up on me. You can called the 800 number but I did this 7 months ago about the horror story I had to deal with then good to know the owner doesn’t care how theirs customers are being treated. If we were all smart we would drive a few more minutes out of our way to Orange City and get a 100 percent better service and drive this location to closed down!!!!!!

Rude as hell. I was order and he asked if that was all I said no and he says "oh my god..." are you serious ?? You work at burger king. Get a new job if you don't want to take my order. Don't work with customers if you aren't a people person and can't cover it up. That's so rude. He didn't say a word when I pulled up to the window or anything !!!

Just went through the drive thru bought 3 meals for my family. First meal was a #1.... ask for the whopper to be without onions...NOPE ..got onions. Next was a #2... without lettuce....NOPE came with lettuce. They got one burger right because it was ordered as offered. We ordered 3 fries.. they were half cooked...GROSS. They were not busy, so it was that they just didn't care. Will not go back!

Felt welcomed the moment i walked in the door. Cashier was really nice and very understanding with my order(im a picky person). Not only was it given to me at a reasonable time - it was also fresh. The lobby is very clean. I would recommend this place.

At this time, for me... They gave great customer service! IDK about what has happened in the past cause I've only visit it - approximately twice - within the last 3 years. I guess I was fortunate enough to experience goodness (which is highly unusual in my life).
