We had such a great visit! The sparkling OJ was so good! They also had a lady roaming the dining area making balloon animals for the kids - was a nice touch and my son liked it

Great friendly quick service.  Went during breakfast. Food was average, could've been better considering prices aren't as competitive as Denny's.  Seemed clean. Charged me $1.29 for an additional tiny cup of sliced bananas because my banana foster toast had so few on it!

Our server was in the weeds at every table. The place was busy and it was all you can eat pancakes, but if you're running a special, be prepared.

After taking our drink order, we had to ask twice for our drinks. Ordered a simple egg, bacon and hash brown breakfast with pancakes, it took about 45 minutes from sit down to service. Requested another serving of pancakes and after a total of 1 hr 20 minutes we decided to leave. We went there for the pancakes and ended up with one serving. 

I've been here several times in the past while the place was packed and never had a problem, but the level of incompetence today was remarkable.

The service was good but the food was slow being cooked with only 3 people in the restaurant. The chicken fried steak and eggs was really bad. Never had this happen at other IHops.

I got the wrong order. I politely told my server about it and she got mad and was very rude. I got my new order, and found what appeared to be roach parts mixed in with my whipped cream. I asked to speak with a manager and she took off the cost of that meal, but still charged for drinks and my fiance's meal. Pretty gross and disappointing. We had been to this location before and planned to be regulars there.
