My cheddar jalapeño bites were over cooked, only one out of eight was good and the chicken nuggets were old hard and dry. Awful! And nobody answers the phone when you call there.
Absolutely the WORST service that I have EVER experienced at the Sheridan Rd. Store. The employees were extremely rude and did not pay attention to anything that I ordered. I will NEVER go there again!
Could have been a lot better but seemed very short staffed and the manager was having to do everything. I feel for her. Everyone wants a job but doesn't want to work. The manager really tried.
Customer treatment is despicable at this location. The drive through worker was completely disrespectful, discourteous, and borderline verbally abusive. She told us to order when we were ready and as we proceeded to order she hastily cut us off and said she was assisting another customer. This was AFTER she told us to place our order! This is unacceptable!
I love this Burger King so much!!! There are a lot of fast food places in town where it’s a tossup on whether you’ll get your food fresh or whether the customer service will be good. I never have to wonder about that at the Burger King on Sheridan. Everyone here is so respectful and kind, this place is definitely my go to
The person that took our order was very rude and when we got to the window, she was literally throwing our food to us. Didn't say thank you or nothing, just slammed the window in our faces
I will only say this...not every Burger King has the same problems but when your order was repeated twice and then asked a third time if it was as ordered when handed to me and it was totally wrong as well as priced wrong...I won't stop eating my Whoppers I will however change locations. So how do you rate all Burger Kings? Ya don't. That's all I can say.
Good response time on speaker and window. I was very impressed when I reached in for my burger and they had cut it in half. Nice touch. Had napkins and straw in the bag without having to ask for them. 90% of the time any more those are left out at other take outs. Thank you for being thoughtful.
It was my first visit to Lawton Oklahoma and on the way home myself and my friends that were with me could only find Burger King without going a long way out of the way so we chose Burger King because it was closest to 44 that got us back to Oklahoma City. I feel certain my friends thought the food was okay but we all agreed that there was a little fishy taste to the well I had chicken nuggets and french fries but they agreed they had a funky taste but that could just be only because they need to change the cooking oil. Other than that the service was good employee and staff were very nice and professional. It was a Sunday night so it wasn't very busy but still when you're hungry it was a little disappointing that with a little extra care like changing the cooking oil the fried foods would have been much better.
This store has an assistant manager who needs people skills, and customer service skills.Food: 3/5
