I was staving today after running some errands and stops at this McDonald’s using my mobile app. Hands down has to be one of the best chicken nuggets I’ve had in a long time. They were hot, crispy, and surprisingly juicy. Also pictured is the new special grade garlic sauce, I wasn’t a big fan of it and should have stuck with the hot buffalo sauce.  The reason I didn’t give this a five star, is the painting of the lines in the parking lot. It was hard to find a spot to put my order in, and then pickup in the drive thru. I also didn’t go inside. My interaction with the cashier in the drive thru was ok. I think we said hi and have a nice day, and that’s about it.

The new renovations were greatly disappointing. They removed the drink station and built a wall to hide the staff. They don't want you to see your food being made because they are ashamed of their staffs image. However, this is still the highest quality mcdonald's in the area when it comes to food and service. This location cares way more than other locations.  Parking: Can get very busy here depending on the time.  Can be challenging to find a spot.

Came here for late night snack, got a 20 pc chicken nugget box. The price was pretty cheap for the amount we get.  We got a frozen Coca Cola and it tasted awful. It was sour and tasted like a dirty rag was mixed in. When we requested  to change the drink cause it tasted weird, the staff was apprehensive.  Vibes were also kind of sketchy in my opinion. I would just grab to go and leave.

Their service is going downhill. Getting food at McDonald's is becoming a chore. It's not fast food. It's annoying food. I hope they pick up the pace and get moving. They used to be a good restaurant. Fast food that is.Food: 3/5

The food was hot and the staff was friendly, but the eating area was filthy! Garbage was overflowing out of the enclosed bins. The floors were sticky and no clean tables to eat at. Literally none. Luckily I had wipes with me, so I used those to clean our table. My kids really wanted to stay, I really wanted to leave! I understand being understaffed, but if that's the case;  close the dining room and just do drive thru. Being from out of town, this was a horrible impression of NY McDonald's.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGER THERE IS SO RUDE!!! After ordering my kids 2 kids meals and them messing up my order my son literally puked in my car because of their mistake of onions and mustard!!!!! My kids are tired and I had to waste more time and gas to go back after I was 10 min you’d think they’d just refund me and fix my burger after what a mess my car was and time and gas wasted!!!! The manager was so rude and talked so much smack and slammed the window in our face I did not want them to remake my food because I did not trust them to spit in it!!! Great customer service Mc Donald’s. Very scary when a 6 ft something 250+ lb person is trying to intimidate you in front of your three and four year-old after they puked in your car !! Highly disappointed!!!! Don’t think I’ll be going back!

I blew the horn to get the attention of the young lady who had served me my food through the drive-thru window. I was trying to get her attention because there were no sauces in our bags a for our nuggets, & we also ordered a new item and had questions about it. I only blew the horn once lightly. Someone who appeared to be the manager, very rudely came to the window and demanded that I never blow my horn at her window again. I asked her for her name and she told me she wasn't able to give her name. I was in the car with my elderly mother so we left without getting our sauces or anything. The food was obviously not as good without our sauces and the poor interaction with staff, left us not wanting to ever return.

What a pleasure to see that a business took the time to decorate for the holidays. Very few businesses are willing to spend the time or effort to decorate these days. Thank you I'll have to drive thru at night now to see it all lit up. Happy Holidays Food: 5/5

I made a point of getting the girl’s name who took my order at the drive thru because she was so polite and understanding that I wanted to leave her this nice review. Manreen was so kind and patient when I was ordering my breakfast one morning when I was undecided and confused about the menu. It was pretty busy and I’m sure I held her up for a minute, but with her help and suggestions we got through it pretty quickly and the food was much better than expected—tasty, warm, cream and sugar already added to the coffee. Thanks Manreen!!
