I ordered a whopper jr with cheese and I added extra onions, cheese, and bacon. When I got my sandwich it only had cheese and bacon on it, no mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. They made my sandwich second time and it wasn't right. Finally they got it right on the third time, but the bacon was under cooked. The cashier Trinity was rude and made me feel like it was my fault that they didn't get my order right.

The food was hot fresh and delicious. The only complaint I have  is about the napkins. There were 4 people in the car and we were given 3 napkins. I felt as though the BK rep brought them from home and was rationing them out. My grandson of 10 needed two to begin with.Food: 5/5

Terrible service. The staff is incredibly rude, and food takes forever to be served. It took about 15 minutes to get my lunch and when I mentioned that, one of the staff decided it was appropriate to nearly climb over the counter mouth off in the most snarky, rude tone.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, this is the amount of lettuce that was in it and pretty sure the piece near the front is old and rotting since it is brown… that is disgusting

Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Ordered online so it'd be ready by the time I was here, 20 minutes after pulling up im writing this review with no food.  Red haired girl doing drive thru was rude and acted like I inconvenienced her day by ordering online. Then they didn't have everything in my order!

The food is WAY too overpriced. The food taste does not meet the prices that they’re asking for. Service was super slow at lunchtime when you’d think they have the most staff. Personally I’d suggest going to McDonald’s where you can save a ton using their mobile app.

I usually love BK. Especially their fries. Not this visit. Went through drive thru b/c I was in a hurry. Fries were cold and tasted old.

This Burger King is #1 for messing up orders. Not just once but many times for me. Also, I wish burger King would go back to the French fries they had in the 90s.

Half the time everything is good and the other half I wish I hadn't wasted my money on the "meal" .. Having worked for one in the past even short handed things were better than this.Food: 2/5
