Tacos are regular tacos, hard shells or flour tortillas. Nothing special. I ordered the steak tacos, 2 soft, one hard, and the inside of them were average, cheese, lettuce and I added onion. I wouldn't order them again. The burger was surprisingly good, toasted bun, lettuce, tomato, onion and thick bacon bits. The fries were pretty good, and the potato side was okay. Not horrible food, but probably wouldn't stop again.

First time eating at this restaurant and it was very clean inside, the staff was very nice and the food tasted good. Nothing special about the tacos just 3 regular beef tacos but they tasted good so that's what matters. I'd definitely go back and try different items.

The menu is pretty consistent across all locations! A really great quality for any small chain. Same great experience as usual!  I liked the subtlety of the toasted bread bowl lid and the cheesecake dessert is a nice add!

Absolutely delicious food. I've had both a burger and a burrito here, and I have been very pleased with each. The ingredients taste fresh. The prep is a much higher quality than you encounter at most fast-casual eateries. You would never guess this was a small, three-location chain. The graphic design for the menu and little brand touches throughout the restaurant strike you as the type of thing you would find in a chain with a dedicated marketing department -- indeed, are better than many national chains I've been to. All around, an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

I apologize in advance for the length of this review.  I have been to this Jose Joes multiple times. As always the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The dining room is open for indoor seating and it was very clean. We pulled up and ordered using the online order system from the car. The order was fulfilled perfectly as ordered. Our pick up time was 20 minutes from ordering so we waited in the car.  We went in to pick up at exactly the pick up time from the web site. The only complaint I have is that we were treated to cold food. Our order clearly sat on the unheated shelf next to the west facing drive through pick up window for most of the 20 minutes we were waiting in the parking lot.

Ordered Jose Joe your way and taco fries. Man at the counter was rude. Took the order to go. The rice and green peppers were undercooked the chicken was dry and tasteless. Went to management the next day. The manager told me,wryly. "Thanks for letting me know followed by the deer in the headlight state. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great taste, awesome variety in flavors and locally owned. This is not a traditional Mexican American restaurant, it is better. Great spot for lunch but I would also recommend it for dinner. Now I am big eater so, but for must people their portions are dinner. During lunch on a Tuesday it was very busy. Yet it was nice that they offer online ahead orders that can be pick up at a drive thru window. I would highly recommend to that Jojo and Carnitas. They have small portion meals too for few bucks. This is another of their two locations in Rochester, I can't wait to go again.

We are always in search for a new taco joint. The staff was very friendly. We ordered different tacos. All three were very skimpy. The meat was cold.. The manager replaced our tacos. The steak in the tacos reminded us of steakums with a lot of salt & pepper. We also ordered a pork taco that tasted like pork from a can.  The meal came with a fountain drink and a side. We chose the chocolate chunk cookie dough burrito. The size was like a spring roll.

I will be coming back for more.I ordered the Three Amigo's burrito it was very good and I had it for three meals.  Kid-friendliness: Several children at Jose Joe&#39;s enjoying themselves.  Parking: Huge parking lot plenty of spots and space to come in and out.  Wheelchair accessibility: I saw at least 2 to 4 wheelchair van accessible spaces in the Greece NY location plus handicap accessible spaces.

Was my first time here and glad I stopped in.  Very pleasant counter person helped guide me through the menu.  The food was very good, fresh, and I can't wait to visit again. Update:  We came back as promised and again had a great meal.  On this visit I used the bathroom facilities and took notice of the sign at the restroom door.  "The M stands for Men AND wherever you're Most comfortable".  As a member of, and advocate for, the LGBTQ community, I can't tell you how impactful this sign was for me.  Thank you for holding this position in our community.  We love this place even more.  Update 2.0 - again, had a great burrito with a super pleasant and helpful staff.  THIS is what keeps people coming back.  While here we saw many many takeout orders heading out the door along with a good diningroom crowd.
