RUDE RUDE RUDE. Can’t say it enough, rude! We pulled in at 10:28 behind 2 cars. We got to the window to order at 10:30 and were told to wait. When the person finally came in they told us we couldn’t order breakfast, that it was lunch. When we told her we were in line, she said “no you wudnt!” Nice English btw. We finally got someone pleasant that took our order. It is now 10:42 and they JUST gave us our order. Wow! 14 minutes felt like a lifetime.
Dont come here unless you have an Hour! Ordered inside and Waited inside over 30 min for 2 whoppers while they waited on everyone in the driving through! 6 employees just standing around. Get it together burger King! The guy that took my order with the glasses asked me 5 times if I ordered in the drive-through.... You took my order dummy! Pay attention. How can I call the GM when someone removed the last number?? Burger King is definitely going downhill on the service at all locations. The only employee with any intelligence there was the young lady at the drive-through window! Give her a raise for having to work with idiots!
By far this is the worst BK. I just when to get some lunch using the drive-thru. Well the is a homeless young individual waiting for you where you order your food waiting for Money If you offer him food you will get a nasty look from him. I spend almost 22 dollars on a #1 Whopper meal and #9 Chicken meal for the young man. Once i got to my job to eat. Come to find out the whopper WASNT COOK!!!!! It had blood on the wrap also!! The parking lot/Drive-thru is full of trash it could be clean. This place need new management. Corporate needs to Inspect this place. Save your self from any aggravation and go somewhere else.
Michelle and the rest of the crew were very polite, amazing, and went out of their way. We got there, around midnight, after picking up someone from the tri rail. We all were starving and when we pulled up it looked like they were locking the doors. We went to drive-through but the screens were down. However Michelle came out and she told us if we want to order just go through drive-through and meet her at the window. We thank them for amazing customer service.
Visited this establishment 8/30/22, after 2pm. The older lady at the window was extremely rude and nasty. My order was taken at the drive thru intercom where I placed my order and asked for bbq sauce, they told me to drive around. Once I got to the window I paid and received my food. I checked my bag as I always do and realized there was 6 packets of ketchup. I waited at the window where the lady stood making drinks for about 2 minutes; she knew I was still there and did not acknowledge that I had not drove off. When she opened the window I told her I asked for bbq sauce and she said I can give you one. I asked for another and she said no I can't give you one because you don't have nuggets, it's 27 cents. And I stated that's fine because I dont mind paying for it. But she did not want to give me an extra sauce because I did not have nuggets. As I was getting the change she proceeded to make smart remarks telling another associate a customer was mad because they have to pay for sauce. As I her 30 cents and told her to keep the change, I informed her no one minds paying for anything they are informed about, she was upset because someone had the audacity to want different condiments other than the 6 ketchup packets I did not ask. She never mentioned the extra cost and even when I inquired about the sauce not being in my bag instead of her informing me of the cost which was not an issue she got an attitude and stated no she was not giving me any because I did not have nuggets. That individual was rude and needs better customer service, and as a recommendation for this franchise I recommend that employee undergo customer service training especially in the world we live in where mental health is on high alert you don't know what people are going through or who could snap. I was calm about the situation but it was definitely unnecessary. Also for a company to pride themselves on customers "having it their way" there shouldn't be an assumption of what condiments I want i.e the load of ketchup given also that a certain condiment go with certain meals and the cost should be given instead of assuming we won't pay for it and then talking about customers while they're there completely unprofessional. I will contact cooperate because this not the first incident at this location with rude staff.
Took 25 minutes just to order with only 2 cars in front of me.. worst fast food place around. No management n no customer service. Asked to pull back n then forward just for there timer which sucks. Still waiting another 10 minutes. If I could give negative I would
The way to 10 minutes to order in the Drive-Thru Lane now I'm third from the back and I am still waiting another 20 minutes I'm still in line trying just to get up to the window I'm not sure what's wrong with this location but normally when you get here they're out of coke they're out of ketchup they're out of buns they're out of everything I think today they're out of employees

They play games, poorly ran store and staff. Joke around inside make ya wait no joke 22 min to take a order at the drive-thru. Between the lady in front of me and myself 22 min. We were the only ones in the drive thru too . Absolutely garbage, sad thing is I like Bk, but wouldn't send my worst enemy here.
The order took a little longer than expected but the order was correct and hot!Food: 5/5
