Great sub shop. I've always liked Jersey Mike's because they do hot and cold subs. Hard to find a decent cheesesteak. They make a good one. That Big Kahuna is delicious. This little shop is tucked behind the shopping center. Don't let it fool you. The employees are very nice, they are quite timely, and the sandwiches are always consistent.

I was so amazed by the exceptional customer service Precious has. She was the starlight of jersey Mike’s today. I felt so welcomed by her and felt that my money was well spent with the sub she made me. The 2 other employees need training from her to learn customer service because they had such nasty attitudes. I dine in and watched precious give out exceptional service my entire lunch. She was able to deal with problems and still maintain customers with a great attitude! Great employee, hire more people like her.

January 23, 2023 I’m very disgusted with the treatment that the employees at the Jersey Mike’s on Village Boulevard show me I came in to get a mini tuna melt they made it seem as if they were not able to put the tuna on the grill for me. The store located in Palm Beach Gardens off of North Lake does it every day that I come there to order and they are very gracious and kind. I’m writing this in real time because I’m so disgusted. I asked for them to make it a melt and the gentleman. At first didn’t know if he could do it or not because of the grill and the tuna may stick to the grill well, shouldn’t you be cleaning your grill anyway it’s a question that I ask myself. So customers beware I’m not sure if they are cleaning the grill enough. Then he says I can go and get my manager and then the African-American girl came out to tell me that they don’t have a microwave to make a sandwich like that. I said nothing to her but thank you and walked away. I am an African-American woman in the way that she spoke to me was very direct rude. I the biracial or Spanish gentleman had a better tone with me than her. I’m not sure how your experiences are at this location but on today they sucked and I will continue to stick with the Jersey Mike’s that is in the plaza next to my favorite cookie store crumble on Northlake. You guys should give it a try. They are awesome there thank you have a great day.

Went here a few times the past summer. Each time it get dirtier and new staff members, especially different Managers.  So this location needs work corporate, heads up! Also last meal had me on the toilet several times that day. Just saying. Could be coincidence or just a dirty sub shop. You decide, I lived it.

I ordered curbside online & I was given the wrong sub. I would have kept it except it had a ton of jalapenos on it then they threw it away instead of letting me give it away even though I said my mom would eat it instead of wasting it. To top it off, after waiting 15 min for my sub it was a dripping hot mess & the roll was soggy. I was starving by then & I dealt with it but I will stick to the Jersey Mike's by my house.

Ordering online is a total nightmare. I went back and checked my order before writing this review. Order was completely wrong . So if your not there watching them make your sandwich you are not going to get what you ordered. 26.00 order was thrown together w/o ant care . And thank you for the ONE napkin.

I usually love jersey Mike's rhis is one of the worse ones in palm beach not happy took 45 mins to get 2 sandwiches and they didn't even gave hot subs long lines and rude workers not good at all

First and foremost it’s was absolutely easy to place an order being we have never been to Jersey Mikes. The turkey sandwich was fresh, bread tasty and veggies crisp. My third eye was wise

My child and I ordered subs from your establishment and got sick. We have stomach aches and diarrhea. We will not be eating from your restaurant anymore and will not recommend this location. We will definitely inform others of this debacle. You need to clean your slicers properly, clean sub preparation areas properly, change gloves every time you touch a different surface, and clean utensils properly. You should be ashamed of yourself for causing sickness on a patron.

It is 4 o'clock in the evening want sub so I stop by Jersey Mike in the Village Plaza, vegetables look like they been sitting out all day I asked the did they have fresh tomatoes or lettuce she said no. Prior to her putting my sandwich together I ask was there any fresh in the back she replied by saying "it's the ending of the day and none will  be put out" mind you it's 4:00p.m. and the store closes at 9 p.m. so they just going to serve soggy tomatoes and brown lettuce. That is what you call bad customer service who is the owner should do better because the workers make them look bad. Reading other reviews I guess I am not the only one who experienced the not so fresh veggies for the sandwich you spend to much for poor service and food. Thus crew really needs to learn how to do a better presentation with food. Remember people eat by sight so to see food that looks like it is rotten and not willing to accommodate your customers is bad for business.Teach your employees better CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE....
