I've ordered from this location twice this week through drive through asking for no mayo on my burger because I would have a bad reaction and both times, I had to either give it to somebody else or throw the burger away completely. I've had issues with this location with my ordering being messed up constantly after I explicitly told the workers not to put mayo on my burger.
Very SLOW drive through. But the worst part was waiting for about 5 minutes at the window after paying and watching the nightmare in the kitchen. As soon as paid I saw a young man first lick his fingers and then dig in his ears multiple times, afterwards he ran back to the food prep area, passing the sink. I watched a lady touching random things and then handle food. Person handling the money also touching the cups, and food. Contamination everywhere. They did not have gloves on either. I lost my appetite by the time they handed me my food. I highly recommend for everyone to stay far from this place.
Came to pick up a doordash order and only the drive through was open. Took about 8 minutes between each car to move up and order. Got to the window to ask for our order and made to wait another 10 minutes. There has to be another way for people to get doordash pick up and delivery orders without clogging the drive through.
This place ALWAYS takes FOREVER to get orders out. On my 30 minute lunch break, 20 minutes are used sitting in this drive thru. The drive thru operator always has an attitude, and the workers are casually seen on smoke breaks when there is a line. The drive thru is terrible because there is no lane you can drive out of. Once you are in the line there is no escape. They also lock the lobby doors so no one can enter.
The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, Foods never fresh, the staff always have an attitude, and they take forever to make/distribute food. Even if there is one car in front of you expect to be waiting 30 minutes to an hour for your food. Don’t recommend for Lunch Breaks.
I hate to say it, but I won't be back to this BK in Evans. I don't know what kind of crew they had working Tuesday 1/17/23 night, but wanted to ask for my money back after seeing the female worker rubbing her eyes and putting food in the bags afterwards with the same hand, no gloves in sight. Plus, how does it take 20 - 30 minutes for 3 vehicles to get their food. The guy running the window was only taking one order at a time, meaning that vehicle 1 orders and vehicle 2 doesn't get to order until vehicle 1 has driven up to the window, received their food and driven off. I have never seen that anywhere before. I was thinking only one person was working, but it was 3 that I could actually see. They were in there laughing and talking about dancing, music and other nonsense. No customer service skills whatsoever. BK, please screen you applicants before you hire them.
If you can get past the dirty floor, molded ceiling tiles, duct taped booths, bothched paint job, then the food is okay. The people were working were def in no hurry, there were several breakfast sandwiches just sitting under the heat lamp and we were the only ones in the store, so I suggest you order something unique to avoid the old food.
40 minutes waiting in the drive through. This was the second time in a month and I thought I would give them another try. They used to be really good.
Never had a biscuit sandwich from Burger King. This was the first, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. It was ok, the biscuit was a lot smaller than anticipated and I was disappointed that it only came with one piece of bacon broken in half. But now I know to order extra bacon Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
11 minutes to get bacon king sandwich at the drive through. No sense of urgency at this place. Didnt get better At the drive-through still have the 70 year old woman running the drive-through but at least this time the food was hot but slow as molasses in winterFood: 5/5
