This is a new, recently opened location. Service was quick, my order was accurate, the dining area was clean, and I watched the ever-constant drive-thru line move incredibly fast. They've definitely got their act together here. Keep up the great work!
This one used to be hit or miss but they are doing much better. The food is hot and fast but make sure you listen when they read it back. Grilled chicken taco , cinnamon twist, and I got a two pack of cinnamon doughnuts. They even gave us extra mild sauce. Im not a Taco Bell fan but my son wanted and they get his custom order right every time now.
First time I've been in here since COVID started, and may not return. Upon entering, we waiting a few minutes, no big deal. A very polite gentleman took our order, and gave us the r3eceipt, telling us our food would be out in a few minutes. No problem. After getting our drinks, we looked for a place to sit. I quickly determined if I was going to eat here, I would need to clean a table. After cleaning the table and sitting down, I took a couple pics of the surrounding area... In the first pic, you can see stuff that was left behind by the last customers, but unless you look close enough, you won't see the food that was left on the table and all around the table on the floor. There was a very nice manager on duty and at least three or four workers in the kitchen, having a very spirited discussion about a tv show from the 70s called "Good Times", but it appeared that no one was overly concerned about the dining area
I ordered the Supreme Burrito and Supreme Taco Meal. It was EXCELLENT. It was so good I had to tell someone that worked there how much I loved it. She was a very nice woman, if I knew her name I would add it to this review. The inside was VERY CLEAN, and all the condiments fully stocked. I had a wonderful experience and this is now 'my' Taco Bell!
Apparently if you order to this location via the mobile app they won't start making it until you arrive and check in at the front. I ordered 20 minutes prior to arrival. I was all. I was in a rush so I ordered via the mobile app 20 minutes ahead of time. Once I got there and realized you had to go to the front before they started making the order I was already too late so I didn't even get my food. If you can't order ahead on the mobile app what's the point? Just order when you get there
Taco Bell is a good fast food restaurant with so many choices that deciding on an order can be difficult. The food is consistently good, and the employes are always friendly and helpful. I like that the store is located at an intersection with a traffic light, making access easy.
Came to store 12/3 and ordered and told they can't take cash. I had exact amount. Only card.. no explanation. What the heck. I would never give a card when someone told me that. Keep my order
Taco Bell tastes like Taco Bell. Well run at a moderate speed. Staff seems happy. The dining room is still CLOSED. Many of us customers tried the front door to go in and eat...it was locked. Some people drive to the Drive thru line...some just drove away. Hope they can open the front side soon.
You can get your food as you like it, but the quantity was lacking. We finally got our food when a manager walked by us waiting and ask my name, we finally got our food. 3 tacos and one nachos grandit for 22.00 dollars. My husband was throwing up shortly after leaving. Will not be torturing ourselves again!Food: 1/5
I know you all aren't paid enough to care, and this is cheap fast food that doesn't come with high standards, but the current kitchen crew really needs to be retrained on how to wrap burritos. They got my order wrong and gave me someone else's extremely sloppy burrito. It was covered in the filling contents, and some more of it fell out and into my lap as I was unwrapping it. I'm glad someone else wasn't its victim, but they might have gotten mine which wouldn't have been as satisfying to them. I went back to get it fixed - it's the right one this time, but it's still messier than normal, and it still has onions when I asked for none. I'm a fairly frequent customer here, and this was the worst I've gotten here. Please review the food prep training, make it better, and I'll improve my review.
