So this was the 3rd and last time I’ll visit. 1st time I ordered an 8 piece ALL white chicken and got a 8 piece mixed. 2nd visit I ordered 8 piece ALL white and got 6 pieces white and 2 thighs. No worries, easy mistake. 3rd visit I ordered my stupidity I guess another 8 piece ALL white. This time they did get the ALL white correct, but the chicken wasn’t cooked. I took it back up there and Tiffany acted as if I was inconveniencing her.

Went to the the KFC in Evans, GA on N. Bel Air rd...it's my daughter's birthday, and she wanted KFC for dinner. I work in Waynesboro, so I decided to grab dinner on the way home. Drove all the way to Evans, because the KFC is closer to my home and I figured the food would still be hot or at least warm when I got home. I went inside and ordered a 12pc meal with 3 sides. The last time i visited i bought the 10pc meal and i received a bag of lemonade. Apparently the 12pc does not come with the lemonade. So, i had to order the lemonade separate. I got my food pretty quick, but waited for about 10 minutes for the 1/2 lb bag of lemonade. One of the staff members informed me that they were short staffed that I would just have to be patient on the lemonade, and that the lemonade was being prepared. Fighting my way back down Washington Rd. through traffic, I get home and my chicken is soggy and there were only 10pcs in the bucket and i ordered a 12 pc. The wings themselves shouldn't even count as a piece of chicken. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location. AND THE STORE IS BRAND NEW!

I had to wait over 5 minutes for a pot pie, single serving of mashed potatoes & gravy plus 2 biscuits. The food is amazing so it's worth the wait! However, there was no utensils or napkins in the bag. This was a drive-thru order. We are eating on the road. The food was hot & prepared well. Those biscuits look so heavenly! Crispy golden brown on the top, nice & fluffy in the middle & steaming hot! They look exactly like buttermilk biscuits but they don't taste like it. They have a bland taste. You're expecting to bite into buttermilk! Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I shouldn't have expected that. Does anybody know if KFC advertises that they have buttermilk biscuits?

We love to have the extra crispy family meal but did not realize that KFC switched from potato wedges to fries. The fries were similar to the potato wedges with the coating crisp they have on them. They were delicious though. We went through the drive-thru service was friendly and quick, and the food was hot.Food: 4/5

KFC is KFC so you should know what to expect. This franchise is very clean inside, has good parking, and a nice friendly Staff inside I did not use the Drive thru and fast service.  I enjoyed my meal. Thanks.

Second time going to this location and the first wasn't that bad but wait was a little long. This time I went through the drive through because my 7 year old daughter who had just had surgery wanted some mashed potatoes and my 3 year old wanted chicken. We drive up to the drive through and the young lady working came on and was extremely short and rude in her attitude to begin with as she started by saying "what can I get you" I started the order with ordering mashed potatoes and before I could get anything else out the young lady in the drive through came back and said rudely, "Thats all" I was like mam are you in a hurry? She then replied with "is that all". Instead of being disrespectful, my wife tells me to just go inside and order and maybe it will be better. I get inside to order and asked the lady ringing me up who was working the drive through and she informed me that the lady behind her was. The lady ringing me up automatically stated are you the gentleman who was just at the drive through, I stated yes mam and I don't see how it's ok to have any customer to deal with someone who speaks to paying customers that way. She then apologized for the young lady's behavior. I paid for my children's food and then asked if there was a manager on duty and they went and informed Ms. Ohsha who I guess was the manager on duty that I wanted to speak to her. Manager walked to the counter and when trying to inform her of what was going on, she cuts me off and say's sir, you were kind of rude for asking her if she was in a hurry. I stopped conversation with her at that point as I knew it wasn't going to go anywhere and asked for managment above her and she stated there was no one and that I could call the 800 number.  This is the customer service KFC providing now. NEVER AGAIN.

Order a famous bowl in the drive thru, I drive for for work so I pull over to eat lunch and no utensil. Pull back in to kfc walk in and ask for a utensil and I’m told “we are out” by the girl working the counter stuffing her face with French fries as she laughed when I said “ maybe y’all should think about tell people that when they order something that requires a utensil to eat it”

1000 am Placed an order for pickup. 1030 am arrived at location -greeted warm professionally 1035 am Order created -was thanked for coming by today 1100 am Food in kitchen, minus one wing I ate along the way 1105 am wife smiling...me smiling...now you smiling  It just cannot get better than this!

Tiffany at the front register was an absolute sweetheart. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and pricing, and helped us decide what to get. She was also very fast about filling our order, and everything was correct. Her attitude honestly made my day, and was the best fast food experience I've had in a long time. Thank you Tiffany!

I just find it hard to believe the 4.5 rating  this KFC has is truly accurate. I’ve given this location three chances before posting a review. After visiting this location a total of three times I can honestly say I will not be giving them a forth chance.. Management needs to be retrained or possibility fired for the way a male manager spoke to his employees. Using obscenities to female employees is no way to manage a restaurant. Now about the food. Chicken was great as was the sides on all three visits, but here’s the problem we waited on two occasions more than 45 minutes for a family order. Now here is the craziest thing I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. We ordered the half gallon of sweet tea and a half gallon of lemonade. They told us they were out of half gallon containers and tried to give us 16 yes 16 cups of tea and lemonade and told us it equaled a half gallon of each product. Who does this ! They actually thought we were going to walk or with 16 cups lol. I’m really sorry this place is as bad as it is. We were really  hoping this was going to be a location we could frequent.
