I drove up to the drive thru speaker and advised the cashier I had a coupon for 2 whopper meals for $8.99. The cashier said okay and took my order. Once I arrived to the window I was given a total of $13.55 and was told the coupon was expired. I reviewed the coupon and it did not expire until May 1, 2022. The cashier said they can not honor the coupon and there was nothing she can do to accommodate the order. Between going back and forth and trying to get an understanding of why if I have a valid coupon can I not use it my food got cold, my drink was watery, and my fries were soggy. This was by far the worse restaurant experience ever. The cashier who said she was also the manager Stefanie, did not value my business. She repeatedly said there is nothing she can do and as a manager I believe that there was something she could’ve done. As a customer, my time was wasted, my money was wasted, and I was very unhappy with this experience. I will not recommend Burger King on Van Dyke to anyone.
Today, we decided to eat at Burger King located at: 3911 Van Dyke Road, Lutz, FL 33558 Store #10676. This location requires a mask to be worn within the facility. First impression was the cleanliness and being greeted right away from the shift manager. He was patient and we had a great conversation during the ordering process. The flow of the operations felt very fluent. The manager was calling out orders with the crew confirming, while providing statuses. This steady stream of communication continued during my wait, as we ordered as a 'take out'. My biggest reason for a 3-star rating is the appearance of the food see bullets and images below, rather than the performance or lacking thereof of the crew / staff. 1. One sandwich could have sparred some mayonnaise. 2. The other sandwich had cooked burnt lettuce and it ruined the sandwich for me. Not sure why the lettuce is destroyed. Might as well not even put any on there. Recommendations I'd like to see on my next visit. R1: A proportionate amount of condiments on the sandwich. R2: Lettuce in it's normal and fresh crunchy structure.
Horrible service! rudest managers and employees I have ever dealt with! I have had several interactions with them for both delivery and personal dining! DO NOT TRY AND USE A COUPON! McDonalds welcomes you to use any of their offers, matter of fact they ask you if you will be using the app! Burger King asks you to step to the side because you have to do that through mobile order even though it says REDEEM IN RESTAURANT! 2 managers and neither one cares to help! Took my family elsewhere!
Went to take the second bite of my Whopper and a large un-chewable piece of something was in there. Left it on the counter for the personnel to see. Think it may have been the part of the onion that usually gets thrown out but not sure.
Dec2019 Facility is nice and clean but the food is far below a typical Burger King. The crispy taco is old and hard to bite and barely any meat or fillings. The sandwiches are also stale and cool/not warm.
This store needs plenty of cleaning. Ants dead and alive along the windows, next to dining tables. Grime in every imaginable crevice. Dirty counters and drink station. Needs a complete shut down and deep cleaning...and the crispy chicken sandwich was over fried. The manager was busy standing at the counter looking out into an empty restaurant instead of taking initiative and wiping down surfaces, or having an employee do so, as there was one customer at the register.
Good service except sometime they get one of the items in the order wrong
Worst experience in customer service of my life the Night shift manager that works there absolutely doesn’t know how to accommodate customers. I placed an online order for a T-Mobile Tuesday redemption and showed her that I placed the online order through the mobile app because she couldn’t see it on her and she refused to allow me to redeem the reward even though she could clearly see it on my phone she is unwilling to accommodate a customer even if she has proof staring her right in the face worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life
Specifically asked for no onions and they put them on the sandwich anyway. Was charged for cheese on our fish sandwich and they didn't even add it. The onion rings are always only filled half way and we pay extra to get them.
Rude employee working window 10:02am 11/13/21 deterring business, asked for a second to look at the menu and got the rudest "mm hmm". Won't be returning here, management check your employees, manners is important. Had a wonderful and affordable breakfast sandwich at Wendy's instead, was less than five dollars for my meal, it's right across the road, just go there.
