Very friendly service. My mom really enjoyed her breakfast. We went through the drive thru. She ordered one of the frosty coffee drinks in addition to her meal. She liked everything. The restaurant looked clean and tidy. The girl at the pick up window was very friendly and knowledgeable.  Vegetarian options: Fries, seasoned potatoes, biscuits, croissants, oatmeal bar, egg.   Kid-friendliness: Kids meals and ice cream  Parking: Large parking lot   Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

Ordered my sandwich with added bacon and asked for sauce at the ordering booth. Paid, pulled up to get my food.. no sauce. I asked the lady for sauce and she gave me an attitude like the sauce comes out of her paycheck. Then to top it off, I paid for bacon and got a half of bacon strip.

My recent drive-through experience proves that the drive-through is not your friend. You’re going to get the old french fries a cold hamburger as fast as they can give it to you and they send you on your way. So when you get home you have something to throw to the raccoons    in the back yard. The Wendys at Fletcher and Dale Mabry is still the best one around! Its been there 30+ years!!

Oct 17'22 around 9pm walked into this location with a coupon in my hand. Manager literally blocked me and pointed towards the window. I could barely understand what he was mumbling, but it sounded like the main register is already off for the day and he wants me to either go to drive-through or elsewhere. Apparently, there was a self-service kiosk behind the divider, not visible from the entrance. The self-service kiosk appeared to be working, but they don't accept coupons duh!. Word of advice: never negotiate coupons or discounts with the staff, you will get hairs in your food like in the previous review. Walked right out, never coming back. Actually, ate at Burger King that night - no problem with coupons whatsoever.

Restaurant was dirty, went up to get spray and they didn’t offer to wipe down table so I did  because they were all disgusting including the entire restaurant. Employees cussing and taking over 10 minutes for 2 meals. Ordered a Junior bacon cheeseburger and there was no bacon, didn’t want to go back up because it already took them 10 minutes just to come up with our food as is.

In town visiting family, and this is a favorite breakfast place, and I understand why. Everyone is so friendly, everything is so clean and the food is spot on for what is expected.Food: 5/5

First time I was charged wrong, no receipt provided to see what I was actually charged for. Tonight a second try because my hubby wanted chili, app wouldn't work so at drive thru I ordered a chili potato that only had cheese when I got home, again no receipt to check, potato was hard, crackers were stale, and btw the peppermint frosty is rather bland.

As far as fast food goes. They have better burgers than Ronald and the King. But don't tell em I said that. Food: 4/5

Burger cold, fries stale mixed with new and the chicken nuggets soggy...like wth?! You would think the food would be proper since you guys are still fairly new! This terrible! Changes need to be made.

This is the best Wendy's in Tampa at the moment. I can't say they've never made mistakes but when they do they always make it right. The employees are usually very friendly and helpful. Google says I have 15 visits under my belt so I think my opinion is informed.
