My cup holder on my electric chair  came off. I found it but my soda spilled everywhere outside  I went back inside and staff happily refilled my soda for me. They were very busy but worked at a great pass giving nice fresh hot food. My Wooper meal was well worth it. I'll be back and recommend this location  in the future.Food: 5/5

While patiently waiting in line for half my lunch break, I went to the counter and brought up a coupon to use on my phone, it was loading but in less than a minute the cashier told me to step aside in a rude manner. Now I can understand if I was there for a few minutes but I was only there a few seconds.  Also maybe the cashier could use the word "please" instead of being dismissive... that would be nice....

The staff member with the red hair is very rude has the worst attitude and even has her daughter who isn’t an employee working the cash and also making peoples food not very cool at allFood: 5/5

Realized i got someone else's order only after I handled the  burgers, I went back to the counter to let them know of their mistake! Didn't the cashier rewrap them, put back in bag and handed to the wheelchair bound old lady who ordered it in the first place AND denied doing it when I told the customer what happened!! F ing disgusting!!!! Got my money back and left! This place is so God damned disorganized it's a joke.

We ordered 2 impossible whopper combos on the last Friday. I asked for more ketchups because I know that they never add it inside our orders. The staff only gave us 3 packs of ketchup with her attitude like we were bothering her. This is the 4th time she did it to us, so we decided to speak something about this happen.  I hope the owner should be considered and if you guys cannot give your customer enough sauce please let us know.

I can not get over the fact the only time the toppings are fresh is first thing I the morning otherwise tomato's look absolutely disgusting and seriously I think the lady that's the manager calls you sweety honey and so on if I did that as a male I would be repremanded as soon as I see her I leave I'm not your honey and that's disrespectful to people we are people not your best friends worst bq only successful because it offers fair deals to us

The hamburger tastes BURNT because the bread is burnt!!!! I ate it at home so I could not change. DISAPPIONTING  You must have known the bread was burnt when you put the sauce!!!

Update: Today June 20th, 2024, I made an online order, i came to this location to pickup it up, the lady on the cashier was very rude and un friendly, all other people her are very nice.  Today Oct. 15th 2023 9 at the morning, the cashier lady is not friendly at at all, I ordered pancakes meal  I asked for ketchup she said I have it in the back I can't go to bring it, i asked for butter for the pancakes she said she don't have, I orderes the coffee double -double but it was almost without sugar. The pancakes and hash browns quality was ok.

Okay, I've been coming here for how long, it was an okay experience before but now, I was just there wednesday May 22nd 2024, I know its busy cause its whopper wednesday but The front preson shoudnt be so rude and the girl named Sam was so rude to the other staff shouting and being mean. Is this how they run this chain?Food: 1/5

Ordered our food, as we were finishing our order an employee started locking the doors and yelling at people waiting for their food that this location is closed and to get out of her way! She then continued to yell at customers about the food being cook to order only now and she has to leave! She then locked down 2/3 of the storefront and said her job was done she was out and laughed as she walked away! I can only hope the food is better then the employees attitude especially towards the customers
