I use to hate KFC. But this one in Brentwood puts all the KFCs in Stockton to shame. The chicken is fresh and hot and juicy. I love the chicken sandwich. Only thing I get with Mac . Mac and cheese is like creamy and amazing. Omg the chicken sandwich here put all of its competitors beat. I give it a 10/10. Best KFC in California.

I give one of the employees here a one star because every time I order at the drive through I get my drinks literally drenched in soda and wet and over flowing and was told to wait up front this same girl gave my order to someone else in which they checked and tore everything open contaminating my food in this day of age with germs I didn’t like it I asked her that my order was contaminated and she lied to my face and said no it wasn’t so I go inside and requested my food to be remade not repackaged. I am giving a five star for the young manager that handled my frustration and the inconvenience of it all professionally she was very understanding and handled it correctly. Jacklyn was the manager and she does a great job but that one girl that works there has no customer service I’m not trying to be mean because most of the worker’s there are great workers they are very nice.

Food was ok.  Order- ahead and pick up process awful. I ordered ahead to pick up at 6pm, arrived a few minutes after 6, called,  and a crew member came out and checked against what were had ordered.  He had someone else's order,  so he said he'd come back. A few minutes later,  same story,  same outcome - once again he checked the order, it mismatched,  and he said he'd be back.  At 6.30, I went into the store asking where my order was,  and a different crew member indicated it had been in a pick- up area the whole time.  Poor communication/co-ordination amongst staff.

They make you drive around and wait out front no matter what your order, and then guess and ask you what you ordered.They never give receipts, so anyone can sit outside and listen to your order and then take your food when they come outside asking you what you ordered. They need to shut this place down.Food: 2/5

When my family and I want fried chicken we will go to Popeyes from here on out. Terrible service. Every car is asked to park out front and wait for their order. 25 minutes spent waiting for our food and then most items ordered are made incorrectly.  Never spend my hard earned money there again

Always time when I make order here in this store they are are long time around 30 minutes also the problem not more customers I hope be come Macdonald just 5 minutes then you can get your order

The $6 Box was great. 2 pieces of chicken Mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit.Food: 5/5

I've tlgiven this place 3 tries and eat time the chicken was soggy and cold, my food came without utinsles all 3 times, but the workers have always been kind.Food: 1/5

I tried the Chicken Little Bbq. The portion is like the name, little. For me, the price is too much for that size. The taste is so so.

This KFC along with other KFC restaurants have a dilapidated look and  antiquated menu items. In addition, the inexperienced team members were unable to correctly identify and price accordingly some menu items.
